The best answer for why should we hire you! This question can be asked in a few different ways. The most common being - Why should we hire you for this job? But some people may also say, why are you the right fit for this job? The idea behind asking the question is somewhat similar.
This question is often asked to freshers in a job interview. As I explain in the video, the idea is to gauge confidence. However this question may also be asked to experienced professional.
