Grace and Peace to you. I came to believe in Gap Creationism before I even knew that name. I simply read Genesis 1 by myself and noticed that it implies a gap. I had no incentive to find a way to reconcile Genesis 1 with belief in an old earth.

If you actually studied the Hebrew, it is grammatically impossible to have a gap there, the gap theory creates hundreds of contradictions!

God says he created the Earth and the heavens and then he goes on and explains how he did it. It’s simple five-year-old could understand.

Is there a GAP rime between Malachi and Matthew?? Why is it that Christians who are open or Interested in investigating Different Theories are OSTRACIZED with the "NOT" Biblical Label so quickly?? For EXAMPLE "THE RAPTURE" not Biblical but Enoch,Elijah,Jesus and Paul were Rapture..

Brainwashing has happened in the church concerning the Sabbath Day as well. 'Sin' is defined as the transgression of the law in 1 John 3:4 and Romans 7:7. Jesus never broke it nor changed it and we are to walk as he walked. Can the majority of churches be wrong? Yes!

2Mo 20,11 For in six days the LORD made heaven and earth, the sea, and all that in them is , and rested the seventh day: wherefore the LORD blessed the sabbath day, and hallowed it. - In different words: the universe and all that is in it. That doesn't include in my understanding the heaven where God's dwelling place (HIS dimensions) is and where the angels are. I cannot follow the Idea, that the angels were created within the first six days of the universe without cherishing the false doctrine of the gap theory.
