Apply for MIS jobs guys. Learn only excel (lookup, pivot table and sumif/countif/avgif) and you will definitely get MIS job they are in huge numbers.. Just be ready to relocate to a developed city if required to do this job. 15k to 25k fresher salary is given for this job. Work for 1 year and switch company for better pay

How can I person manage if he has the gap due to the severe health issues of about one and half year because in that case neither can be able to do the work assigned nor deliver well and also health will worsen in that case even if he does work ?there should be some provision for the same and in place with the company or even if some is prusing some program to upsill himself like to data science

@@ArindamKumar_2002 we were not good financially. So after 10th I took 5 years gap. Then joined intermediate and took science stream. After 12th had written kcet for engineering seat. Got the seat in good college and now I’m working as GET n this job got through campus placements.

This gap year is only happening because of companies. They want too much qualified engineers for their work so people just applying and not getting calls from then hence have to wait 1 to 3, 4 years for job.....even people after doing m.tech is having a gap year after post graduation...... companies should always looks for skills and not the gap years...if gaps years is the most thing companies looks for them why they ask questions from the technologies they should always hire people without gal years.....😑😒.....................The overpopulation is the main reason for this they just get more qulifiled people that's why they just ignore other less qulified people when every indian youth is doing sui side and population is lower than every country amd when the companies will not find any workers for their hob then they will realise how much pain we go through by searching for the job!!!
