In this video, I shared the reality of IT Jobs after 40 years. The reality of Corporate job in 30s or the reality of IT Industry after 40 years age is that you will face many new problems in your corporate job or IT job after hitting the age of 40 or 50. IT sector job reality is often not presented very clearly to new IT Job aspirants who are looking to build an IT Career through their first tech job. This video will tell you why Senior IT Managers are not very well off compared to younger IT Employees. We know the reality of IT Job for young IT Employees, but if you decide to reach the age of 40 or 50 in the IT Industry then these are the problems you may face.
The harsh reality of IT Jobs is that it is not good for employees at any stage of their careers. IT Sector news will tell you that apart from being hit by Layoffs 2024 and within it the IT Layoffs 2024 and Tech Layoffs 2024, many senior IT Managers are also resigning, The reason for this is explained in the video and why the reality of IT Job for senior IT Managers is often not well represented in the media.
