I really like Softr. Unfortunately they have very limited login protections instituted at this time. No OTP, 2FA, etc… For me this means nothing can go in the portal that matters in case of breach. Any ideas to deal with this lack of security? Thanks for all your amazing content!

No, they don't need an account in Airtable nor Softr. They DO need to create an account in your published app, so you'll store their email and they'll be in your user data.
