Sir, Can we do this gap filling after the layer stacking of all 7 bands of landsat 8 image? Will there be any problem in doing so ?

Thanks for video. I've tried to follow all steps but the result is not significantly satisfied as the stripe line still appear on the output. Can you throw the light to the issue?

Its only an interpolation. You will never have perfect result. There will surely be a quality issue

I am trying to do a Gapfilling and Radiometric and atmospheric correction. I was making the Radiometric and atmospheric correction with Geomatica 2016, after that i use the corrected image to make the gapfilling, but i find that it is not working correctly. How can i proceed to resolve this problem?? Thank you

will the difference in contrast in the gap filled area and other parts will create problem in supervised classification?

Yup, there can be slight issues, unsupervised should be fine though

Thank you, Sir. Just a few points I would like to mention and ask. First, please take care of the mouse clicking sound while recording the video because the sound causes a distraction. Second, Can I destripe an image of Landsat 7, using an image of Landsat 4 or 5 i.e., TM sensor? Third, there are some "gap mask" files provided with each Landsat 7 scene while downloading. How to use those? Please let me know. Thanks in advance.

Initially i never used to have mouse click. But people wanted mouse click to attract attention. So I added it. You can use any image for gap filling. But if there is a big temporal gap the result will not be accurate. gap mask are not really useful. You can see online for more information

If I have a TM data of 2004 and ETM+ data of 2003 and 2005, can I use that 2004 TM to destripe the 2003 and 2005 ETM+ data?
