There is one at around 10mm but just down the 2 sides that are covered. It's been down a couple of years now and it's great 👍

@@JimmyTheMowerfound some tiles on sale, some really expensive out there. Laying them in a large wooden shed, would you recommend insulation/ underlay?

@32ajms32 depends how warm you want it. Obviously, the more insulation you can fit, the warmer it will be. Mine are just laid directly on a concrete floor.

Is it possible to cut these PVC tiles with a stanley knife if you repeatedly went over them or are they just too tough?

I think it would be very difficult, especially with the thicker bands on the back of the tiles.....

@@GK1976A I would use a very fine tooth hand saw and then trim of any bits with a Stanley knife

Any thoughts after a year of use? Does the flooring form indents from heavy objects like shelving feet or caster wheels?

It's as good as the day it went down. Honestly, I've never even thought about it until you just asked me but it has been superb. It even cleans up pretty well too 👍

Can I ask you what silicon you used around the edges. I’ve got similar tiles to lay in my 16ftx 10ft plasfloor ones 375 to lay was told to use a bandsaw as I’m disabled do you think that would work cheers steve

The silicone I used was clear sanitary silicone, usually used for bathrooms. I'm not sure about the bandsaw idea, you have to be quite accurate with the cuts so maybe a table saw would be better.

Just a standard 20 inch 9tpi saw from Screwfix. It cost £5
