Looks great. Did you push the tile against three of the four walls or leave a gap along each wall?

Whilst you “can” use a Stanley knife, definitely use a jigsaw (or similar) and save not only time, but your hands as well.

Hi Adam, thanks. This is great advice, it can be tough to cut the tiles with a utility knife especially in colder temperatures but the option is there. We do not reccommend anyone try and use a normal utlity blade (straight edge) with a stanley though. If you absolutely need to use one buy a set of "concave" blades as the curve helps cut through PVC much easier.

@@garagefloortilecompany8432 Absolutely! I used the installation pack to good success, but for longer cuts on tiles, the stanley knife and curved blade took quite a lot of time and energy to get through. Great product overall and fitting video and instructions are excellent.

@@adamjollyman Used a track saw with a wood blade - a few seconds to cut each tile to size. Makes quite a bit of mess but sweeps up easily :)

15 celcius minimum to install in a garage, that rules out 9 months of the year in the UK.

You can install them in a temperature below, but you'll need to warm them up first e.g. leave them for 24 hours in a different room. The reason for this are as follows: a) The tiles are at their smallest when cold, and expand when warmer. If you make cuts whilst the tiles are cold, it's difficult to know how big of an expansion gap to use. When the tiles expand during warmer months, it's important that there is a large enough expansion gap for the tiles to move into. If you install them whilst they are cold and at their smallest, the chances are the expansion gap will not be large enough and will cause problems. When the tiles are warmer, we can gurauntee that a 5mm expansion gap is suitable. b) The tiles are much tougher to cut when they are cold. Hope this helps! GFTC

Never mind I read the installation guide and if you follow the instructions in this video it’s supposed to create a 5mm expansion gap anyway.

Why not start at entrance with the ramps then fit tiles from there? Otherwise how do u finish of the front assume you’re not using ramps

You're right, this is how you would start if you're using ramps. Video shows a method that will work with and without ramps :)
