Your whole family is so fit! Marvelous. While you are living in Hawaii and after the quarantine ends, give Hula a try. You have to be pretty fit to do it well, but it is the indigenous dance form where you are living and it teaches you much more than dance. Lots of history and story telling in it. Plenty Hula Halau (schools) to choose from. Have you been to Mana health foods in Pa'ia? My friend in Haiku sells her fresh citrus there.
