Wow! I would be hyperventilating if I found all that gold! Do you tend to find most of the gold at yard sales/estate sales that mention they have jewelry in the listing?

Best deals on gold at garage sales. Usually just sitting on tables in zip lock bags. People generally have no clue the value of Gold. Most of the jewelry was probably gifts and people selling it have no idea the value.
