I've spent a few grand over the past couple years....and from the beginning till now u can see improvements in quality. I've yet to have any issues with any of the equipment and the fact that they're cheaper, always free shipping and usually ships pretty quickly as well is why I think titan is a good company. Any time ive had questions about a back order or a missing part ive emailed custom service and have gotten replys as fast as 10 mins later. And if there is a mistake they will take care of u no questions asked...recently I orders a set of heavy chains and they sent me an entire set for free rather than just send the missing part. So a lot of the items that Titan had for sale even just a few years ago were cheap AF. I remember going over to a friend's house and then they had their basic rack and I got to say the Amazon special was still better functionally. That said you've been rough on them and they have been resilient. The fact that they keep moving to better and better products moves them away from the cheap Amazon product to a real player in the garage gym space. That gym reminded me of going to the University of Oregon for 14 years ago and just touring that place. It was no friend of a friend hand me down sort of place but a place you could train any athlete or pretty much any sport that uses weights. And totally within the price range of mere mortal humans.
