How would you assess whether a weightlifter should move up or down a weight class? In terms of strength gains I've gotten a lot of strength but my classic lifts have still not gone up. I'm 5'6 at 73kg with relatively low body fat (about 13-15%)

Any advice for someone who has a poor appetite and wants to bulk up? Any high-calorie dense food recommendations?

Full fat milk + oat and add fruit/honey /coconut oil /peanut butter or anything you like. Basically sth you can drink it and it is high carbs,fat and nutritious.

We recommend products from www.earthfedmuscle.com/ | To be transparent I am part owner of the company, but we are approved by WADA and everything is natural for athletes to take. You don't have to take our brand, but I recommend ones that abide to these regulations so that athletes do not test positive and take something they shouldn't. Hope that helps 👍

I know something that will help those hard gainers; weight gain shakes. Homemade. Get some chocolate (I use fair life because I’m lactose intolerant), bananas, and half a container of peanut butter. You can also throw in a little bit of coconut oil for extra calories. This will easily amount to 1500 calories and maybe even 2000. So if they need 3000 calories a day to add weight, they only have 1500-1000 left that they can easily get from their other meals.

I'm 6'3 78kgs and I think I wanna add some muscle mass but I gained some fat on my belly which I had abs on before . I'm a footballer so I don't wanna do that . So I'm really confused on what to do ffs :(

Keep at it don’t worry about the fat once you go back down in calories after 3 months of bulking or so, play football and only eat when your hungry then you’ll be back with abs
