I went from 334 to 960 in around 3 months. All natural. This book should be essential reading for all men. Written by a 50s guy with natural T levels of a 20s guy. Complete guide to testosterone by james Francis

I love Zerchers. Zercher Reverse Lunges are a staple in my programs. Also, if a kid complains about Front Squatting, have him do Zercher Squats instead. They usually never complain about Front Squats again.

i am a fan of wrestling but where i live it doesnt exist, i have been doing zercher squats and deadlifts, on dropsets more reps the lower the weight, my cousin is way stronger and heavier than me but in the traditional gym way, he cant stand a chance against me because it feels like he doesnt know how to use his whole body as a unit, i wish i could practice this beautiful sport

@@adamotuama8710 don't believe everything you watch on the internet .It's just another video for likes and follows. Zercher exercises are bad for elbows and cause compression issues. Don't believe me. Try it yourself.

#zercherisawayoflife #zerchereveything i zercher squat more than I low bar squat. I love zercher horse stance holds, zercher deadlifts, and zercher hyper extensions. Doesn't hurt at all, as long as you don't fold your hands together. I use raw elbows 😅

Am I understanding this correctly? So doing the version of an exercise with weights will give better results than the non-weighted version? E.g. Squats with Barbell + plates > air squats?

I think most people can teach themselves stuff like hang clean and snatch grip high pulls. Better to start trying to learn oly lifts than to not try them

Take 2,3 and 4 to the sand. With lateral jumps without the box and hurdles, get creative but do it accordingly to your abilities. Thank the Universe later!

Is it because of the proprioception and neurological gains?
@googlefaps5883

No. It’s Bcz the Olympic moves training rate of force development. Which I guess can be neurological gains in a sense but not exactly. Proprioception? Coordination? Maybe to a small extent
