গরম ভাতে পরিবেশন করে দেখুন এই পাতুরি | Bengali Traditional Recipe || Chicken Paturi ( চিকেন পাতুরি )
Ingredients:-
250 gm boneless chicken
2 tsp yellow mustard seeds ( sorse)
1 black mustard seeds
2-3 tbsp chopped coconut
Salt to taste
1/4 tsp sugar ( optional )
1 medium size onion
Green chillies to taste
1/2 inch ginger
1/4 tsp turmeric powder
1 tsp lemon juice
8-10 garlic cloves
2 tsp poppy seeds ( posto)
Banana leaf
Mustard oil
