Wow, Shirley has such a strong accent in this one. It's like she always held back in other interviews or when she appeared in talk shows. Even with Craig Ferguson she doesn't speak so "scottish", lol.

There are some songs on the album I dig that are favorites, actually, but it seems like in their effort to duplicate their live sound they lost their uniqueness in this one. Doesn't help that they name drop 50 other people they were trying to sound like as they discussed the work, but maybe that's what you do in a press kit anyway.
