Normally, each house gets ONE can pick up. This is obviously a periodically scheduled bulk pickup day where they inform people to NOT PUT ANYTHING OUT FRONT THAT THEY DONT WANT THROWN AWAY, INCLUDING CANS. That can looked like an old POS, so the owner likely was ready for it to go so they put it to one last use.

You should do at least once a month 1020 bucks. Trust me you’ll see how much different when they pick up your trash, you could put out as much as you want if you tipped them all the time they will take everything in anything I used to work for waste management, and now that I’m older, I tipped my recycling guy and my trash guy once a month they respect me so much. If I forget to put out my trash or recycling they come out my driveway take my cans, dump it and then put my cans back since I’m disabledsince I tipped them every month just in case, if I forget to put my stuff out, I’m being disabled always tip your post office person when they come to your home your trash and recycling you’ll see big difference happy holidays, everyone
