I have gained only 2 kgs and I'm in my 28th week ! My baby's weight is also 1 kg which is perfect ! I did have my scan two days back and the doctor says the baby is healthy and fine. So there's nothing to worry !! But I'm still worried. I do eat well and healthy ! Yet I'm not gaining weight !!

Thank you so so much . Meri bohu is pregnant after 9 yrs through IV F , with twins ! It is her 26 th week , she is suffering from a lot of back pain , now even feeling ‘out of breath ‘ . She has been advised to be on bed rest that she is trying as much as she can .Does this show any danger ? Hard to see poor girl suffering from breathing . Other reports are ok . २६ वे हफ्ते के बाद में माँ को lateral position में सोना चाहिए यनेके कोई भी एक तरफ सोना और ऐसे में पेट के निचे pillow का support ले सकते है जिसे आपको काफी comfortable होगा। एक तरफ सोने से कमर दर्द नहीं होता है।

Hello mam!!!!! Sabse pahle apko thank you so much. Main apki aur apke suggestion aur videos ki bahut badi fan hun. Meri shaadi ke 5 saal baad IVF se ek pyari si beti hui. Iss dauran mujhe aap KZbin par mili aur tab mujhe apke videos dekh kar bahut himmat mili kyuki main ghar par akeli hoti thi. I'm now 40 yrs.Aur ab main phir se ishwar ki kripa se pregnancy ke 28th week me hun without any treatment. Aur ab bhi apke videos mere liye bahut helpful hain. Mam mujhe puchhna hai ki baby ki movement to achhi rahti hai aur ab to sirf letne par hi nahi balki baithne par bhi movement feel hoti hai par kisi kisi din slow movement hoti hai to kya ye normal hai ya phir koi dikkat.

Aam taur par ek active baby ek healthy baby hota hai. Healthy bone aur joint development ko badhaava dene ke lie aapaka baby exercise kar raha hai. Sabhee pregnancies aur sabhee baby alag-alag hote hain, lekin yah sambhaavana nahin hai ki bahut saaree activity ka matalab aapake bachche ke aakaar aur taakat mein vruddhi ke alaava kuchh aur ho.
