Well I don't see portable public garbage. Maybe putting Big Garbage containers within every 2 block radius would make a difference.

Implement a system to activate their conscience as well as to facilitate effective daily sanitary routine. Nationwide surveillance is an effective way to expose and hold accountable the culprits.

WHAT should the people do with their garbage. Should they be keeping it in their homes or backyard..?? The most they should be asked to do is Put it on the roadside for pick up. BUT NOBODY collecting the trash budday !!!! As a matter of fact it is BETTER is everybody bring their garbage to a central location, ( like they did by the hospital), and have the authorities pick it up, one-stop from there. BUT NOBODY collecting the trash budday !!!

Isn't there a scheduled municipal trash pick up for both residential and commercial streets? With feral dogs roaming the place, sturdy trash receptacles are needed. Loose bin bags will get ripped open.

Really Garden city , for me its a FFFFFING GARBAGE CITY . TIRED OFTHE PNC AND PPP CANT GET ALL THE GARBAGE OUT INCLUDE THEMSELF
