Couldn't find this in Burnham time or before independence this Government condone this behavioral situation by going cleaning up after the people 9:17 instead of having a country wide cleaning up campaign where businesses and all residents get involved also give out prizes to the cleanedt area / yard as was done to get person's motivation in keeping their surroundings clean

I could remember my small days, in the seventiis,tax payer money used to take care of that.and self help work every Sunday,,, and we used to get a chit for the self help work.. And,,,, we are paying much more tax now,than in the seventiis.
