Two suggestions; 1. Put a DPC between the ground and your timber framed base. 2. Put a vapour barrier before you install your plasterboard.

Appreciate your time but we take precautions that allow our builds to breathe. If you watch we install on composite posts so no timber ever touches the floor. Vapour barrier before plasterboard is I new concept that most hate! It’s down to extraction values and is a load of rubbish. Our vapour control is a breathable system on the outside allowing the insulation sufficient airflow to stay dry! Thanks for watching.
