Congratulations! ADHD with MS here too. The two are strangely related. I recommend you to look into the Coimbra protocol, it gets the MS in check and helps with the pregnancy too!

Im honestly so happy your pregnant! I remember when you first said it and I remember being like "Ahhhhh" 😅😂 but yeah, gotta be safe. Theres alot that can be harmful, however, you can be safe as well while doing it. I know one of my friends parents while she was pregnant had cats and when she was born, she now has parasites in her eyes and has the opposite of tunnel vision. She cant see the center of anything basically. But, because when her mom was pregnant, they didnt know, and her mom cleaned litter boxes and basically the parasites went to my friend.

I'm still getting used to it tbh😅 kinda weird knowing I'll have a mini me. The doctors kept saying no gardening n I'm like uuhh NEVER so just gonna spend tons of money on gloves lol. Jose cleans out litter box n my backyard has no cats but I'm still super cautious. Damn omg that sucks toxo can see cause eye issues including blindness. That rough I'm sorry that happened. Whoa. Imagine back in the day when no one really knew about it n there were so many kids affected by this?
