Even if 2-people live in that and we keep rent 1000$ max then it is affordable, each will pay $500. Especially student or even someone on work permit. Becoz PR person will not prefer it. A student or someone on Work permit will prefer this. On top Inflation in the economy is already high and increasing too much rent is a bad decision.
