work in progress :) great greenhouse nevertheless! Awesome save on the trees hopefully it will bounce back!! Beautiful cherry tree :) yeah, idk what that was but I don't think it was strawberry lol Ore Ida potatoes? I just planted the whole potato no chitting. 60's outside is like 100 in the greenhouse LOL My greenhouse would always be like 30-40 degrees hotter.You have quite a lot going on! Do you get your buckets for free? Just don't let the weeds go to seed in the compost, chop it down before it seeds. Did you say $14 for a strawberry 🤔My holy basil would not germinate :( Rutabega is a good alternative for potatoes. Pumpkin is good for the pups, it's a natural dewormer. great looking rhubarb! Did you say you were moving? That is going to be a lot to move 😳the cucumbers look great :) I have the same panels and I use them as a trellis for things, I bought them before things shot up in price and they were like 7 bucks. I have no problem buying starter plants, I get them for like 20 for a whole flat...2 bucks for a 4pk. Lots of good tomatoes :) good idea for the suckers. Portulaca is great! It is soooo resilient! love it.

My manure is supposed to be coming this afternoon thank God ! So I can get my russet potatoes planted (it’s all being planted late but it’s fine) ! I get any buckets I can from the grocery store bakery when I can because they are free and food grade and with lids but I don’t put holes in them…I want to use them for storage of things … i hardly can get any free so for the garden I had to pay $6 each which was my investment last year and this year I’m reusing them (can’t afford cedar wood to make raised beds like I wanted) I figure it’s still cheaper to buy a bucket and manure to plant a seed in then buy from the store especially since I grow all organic and no sprays or fertilizers and I can reuse the buckets every year … what i do when I plant is put rocks over the soil to protect the soil from drying out and prevent weeds! Last year was a hard year and wasn’t prospered for winter and rushed a lot of things but this year I’m going to be able to make sure everything has proper rocks around the plant in 2-3 layers so I get 0 weeds ! Ya prices for plants are ridiculous here…an apple tree or any fruit tree is about $80-150 or more each ! Small plants like strawberries and blueberries and grapes are $13-14 but I can get so many plants from runners and later on I can airgraft the grapes and stuff so it’s not too bad when I can get more plants out of a $14 plant ! My holy basil is shockingly doing week and sun the worst seed starting try it’s a super mini baby size ! Had a hard time with my other herbs and only a few lemon balm germinated but I wasn’t ready this year so it wasn’t the best conditions to grow anything … I’m going to take clippings to try and get some more cherry trees growing because I only have 1 ! When I move I’m bringing all fruit plants and then everything else I’ll dump in the big raised bed and wash the buckets and just bring buckets to make it easy … really hoping I can move asap and especially before winter 🙏🏻
