Well I mean tbf they are pretty shit. Armor chomper actually does more damage though but he has a slightly longer delay between bites. He's also slow af and has a fatass hotbox meaning that extra health only nets him an extra second or two of life Rock pea is just pure shit. And I'm glad wolfy agreed there. His damage output is just so damn ass it's honestly sad. I remember getting him for the first time and was amazed at that reload speed and was wondering what the catch was to it, only to realize I was doing fuck all damage to zombies and I'd be better off using retro Gatling to do so more than to stop tickling the zombies Metal petal...why? Like...why? You've got a fat ass head that's easy to hit, and while yes you got 160 health you trade it off for your speed, which means you're a very slow medic. A slow sunflower means she can't get to the team quickly and do what she was meant to do. Jade cactus. I quite like her but petrified cactus exists so.... Iron Citron. Fucking hell he's op af. 250 health? Like damn. Combine that with a very fast high damaging gun and the fact he has a legendary meter and dear God he's without a doubt an exception to the armor varients suck rule

I like windows umm actually metal petal is pretty good considering it gives you a good amount of health, you talk like a critic but it’s obvious when you say you cannot get to your team fast enough it does not change anything when you play it, it is only like 0.5% slower it does not change anything like “not being able to get to your team fast enough to heal” since A. You have the teleporter and B. It does not change anything, and even if you cannot get to your team fast enough which you pretty much always will make up for it on health so you can heal for longer periods of time

Jade Cactus is my favorite, and I actually think she's mad underrated. She's one of the best close range cacti thanks to her higher health, unzoomed accuracy, and splash damage. Her delayed explosion perk also has some useful situations, as shown in the video (though he really should've utilized it when that Super Brainz was escaping at 6:22)

Eh, I'd argue ice cactus. Since most of the time if you managed to freeze the target you then either have to reload or you miss the follow up shot since you'll still be in a mindset of predicting the movement of your target, throwing your aim off. Of course this gets thrown out if your a good shot and hit all your marks no worries. That's just my opinion though :/

If you’ve ever seen the commentary for the GW1 Legends of the Lawn DLC, the devs actually said that you’re supposed to time the detonations with Jade Cactus. Now, make no mistake about it, I really like Jade Cactus. But the thing with this game is that everything is already projectile based, you’re leading your shots no matter what Cactus you use. The splash on the detonation shots is also a bit pitiful as well. I should also mention that in GW2 the gameplay is much less grounded. With characters like Imp and Super Brainz who do a lot of jumping, or the fact that maps with anti gravity exist (Lunar Landing, Moon Base Z). Now, I do agree with Wolfy that her gimmick can work quite well in Capture the Taco. This is because she was made for Taco Bandits, and she works well against the taco holder because their movement is quite predictable. I will also say she had much more of a purpose in GW1, before Petrified Cactus happened (who is essentially a better version of her utility wise). But yeah, I do quite like Jade Cactus, I think she could have been better if the detonation shots did more damage than her normal fire, to encourage use of it more. Sorry for the essay, that’s just my two cents on her.

Spoopy Petrified boasts 150 hp along with Cactus. Her shots do more more damage, and she has detonation shots, which make her extremely good at close and mid range. Her having more health serve more of a purpose then Jade Cactus having more health.

I started mastering all of the cacti and i love/main cactus and ive come to the conclusion that camo cactus is the worst because the recoil and reload is so slow that you must be at long range and the only benefit is zoom and extra damage wich no one really uses the zoom upgrade and almost every cactus can do more damage over time unless there reg or an elemental which are somehow still better than camo. His choice is 1 his choice and 2 not far from worst but she gets better and i would love to see him play camo cactus as a runner up and see how well he does bevause i believe if you have to choose a game mode (aka turf) just to play her thats pretty bad.

Personally think she’s one of the best cacti. The slower movement/more health aspect has never bothered me as you’re not moving around much anyway. I think it’s been mentioned before as well, but the shatter/splash damage is great along with the direct impact damage, you can vanquish opponents quick. Would go with Bandit, Camo or Petrified as they don’t fit the way I play Cactus.

Wolfy the trees that are in the plant side but not the zombie side trees, those you can hit them while not going though them but the plants side trees you can shoot through them but with the drones any air strikes does not go through the leafs so if you aim the strike on the tree where the leaves are they will always shoot down corn on that spot even though you tried to aim to the ground though the tree it was still land in the same spot.

Jade can miss and still quickly inflict damage. She's also not restricted to a certain range as the other 2, jade can perform well at close, mid and long range.
