I don't understand how scrap veggies will fertilize. Do you water in the veggies container and the water will carry the nutrients to the plants? Won't the veggies spoil? I am about to start growing cucumbers for pickling. I'm not great at gardening so I could use any tips I can get

Настоится, на ведро воды добавляйте 1 литр. Я добавляю "Байкал М" чтобы не было запаха, можно в траву добавлять кожуру бананов, апельсинов. Овощи любят эту подкормку.

I wouldn't recommend the scraps on the pots. Gonna attract a ton of pest and its better to just compost it first. If you have an in ground garden you can just bury your scraps in the garden, this way the worms can break it down and being buried keeps the pests away.
