I was looking at orchard videos and your video showed up. Wow! What an amazing orchard plan you made! I love the center oasis. That European feel is exactly what I want. Just seeing your plan made me subscribe to your channel right away because I love that you incorporate beauty with function and purpose. It really is a beautiful plan and I can see it full grown in my mind. I am planting my first tree this weekend so I will be watching your videos tonight to see how the orchard plan turned out. As part of your orchard, should you add some nitrogen-fixing plants? I remember on the Rhodes' great American farm tour, the went to an orchard guy who planted trees in triads: 2 fruit and a nitrogen-fixing tree.

You can always use some nitrogen fixing ground cover like clover.
