The shade panels are perfect for that area, we have a patio shade cloth that goes up in the spring that the cat uses as a hammock in the mornings. We kicked into high gear when the news started showing farmers plowing in perfectly good food.

New gardener In Y.V. :) I’ve been putting epsom salt and worm castings in some of my plants. Still learning. Where did you get straw? Is that just hay? I put eggshells in my corn! Happy planting!!

Corrine Luersen I just bought straw at the local feed store, but what I’m learning is you want to get straw without seeds in it. I now have straw growing but they’re easy to pull out. I’m thinking about buying some worms and put them in the soil too I hear they’re really great for it. Thanks for watching
