I pruned and applied SAAF with a brush on the tips as shown by you....its been 3 months and my plants are doing so well! No die back occurred at all which was so unusual Also sir I forgot removing suckers...and to my surprise the suckers grew producing the original plant that gives bunches of roses! Wayyyy more beautiful tiny little rose bunches. I'm now letting the original grow...they seem way hardy too n look more beautiful. Flower better and for longer period.....I loved this variety more!

20-25 days.. I have seen in my rose plants...it also depends on the weather! ... In this Spring season it grows faster!

Hello sir , as you suggested I sprayed theeta every 10 days even sprayed saaf every alternate week and also cypermethrin once in a while. And finally all the old leaves shed and new leaves started to come. But the new leaves are also soggy and droopy. And eventually after 15-20 days of growth they give one flower and start dying. So basically the plant is always no leaves. But somehow surviving. What am I doing wrong. It’s getting enough light. I stay in Bangalore so not very harsh sun.

You seem to be overwatering ....is it? Allow the soil to totally dry up on the surface before giving water. Also try imidacloprid every 15 days a few times . That has worked for me. I had the same issues . Thrips attack bad . So does mites. The leaves woukd all turn yellow n fall. So try imida along with the rest of medication you are giving.

Why in India you get grafted roses? That is why you need to cut the shoot. Please tell from the beginning. In USA or in England it is not like that. You don't have to cut the shoot.
