Your video was incredibly helpful and informative! I'm truly grateful for the valuable tips and tricks you shared. My two-year-old rose 🌹 plant, which suddenly stopped blooming, has renewed hope thanks to your guidance. I'm optimistic that repotting her, following your advice, will work wonders. Additionally, I've purchased the ingredients you recommended, as I have several other young rose plants awaiting transplantation into the ground. Your approach gives me confidence that they'll flourish and thrive. Thank you once again for sharing your expertise! 🙂

Lovely!! So many buds . At our place too summers are very hot and humid. 35 deg or more. I get only afternoon sun in my balcony. Would you suggest I use a shade net?
@GardeningUpbeat2 жыл бұрын
Glad to know you liked it. From temperature wise, same in my place too. Yeah, since your balcony gets afternoon Sun, using a net would be helpful. Or else, you would need to do misting as soon as intense sunlight heat the leaves of the plants. Sometimes, we get other issues too (like fungal attack) if we mist too frequently in very high humid area :-(

Good advice on the suckers! If they're not removed they may overtake the grafted rose. This has happened to several roses in my garden because I didn't have the heart to remove the suckers. :(
@GardeningUpbeat2 жыл бұрын
I can totally understand..but it's always better to remove them as soon as we spot them. Because, though they grow fast, they don't produce any flowers and kill the main plant. I also feel bad to remove those cute little growth..but then again, I think about the plant (Hybrid Rose) that I am growing. Thank you for watching the video and for your feedback :-)

@GardeningUpbeat Жыл бұрын
It's great to know that your plants are blooming well in Summer..So, please avoid doing hard pruning at this time. You can do it from Sept-Oct onwards. Of course, you can keep doing the deadheading. Just recently I shared one video and I don't think you need to watch that video as your plants are already doing well. But still, just in case you want info about pruning, here it is - kzbin.info/www/bejne/qJm1iJmoaayZjKM Thank you!

I can totally understand...and like you, I also feel bad to prune my plants :-( But, we it's important to maintain a good shape and keep them healthy in pots. Plus, we are actually not killing the plants by pruning them... it's really important to do whenever we grow in pots. Even for the plants which we grow in ground, occasional pruning or trimming is actually helpful. This way, we can get much bushier plants :-)
