I have tried growing Adenium using cuttings.... Tried in partial sunlight in my green house during rainy season. None of them were successful.....the lower part rotted in every case. Some people suggested letting the cutting sap dry for 5/6 hours and then planting it and watering it less only to keep it moist and not soggy. Just pull out your plant. Cut the soft portion dip it in saaf fungicide. Let it dry for 1 day than plant it in pot. It might be rottening because of too much water. It is a dessert plant doesn't need too much of water.
