Thanks so much Maria. The thing with garden design is that a good design can be done in stages. To spread the stress and money. That way you get to enjoy the garden rather than resenting it for not being fully finished or costing a fortune! 🥷🤘🌿

Do you ever use hanging baskets or other more vertical gardening solutions? What do you do for bare walls (such as a neighbour’s garage as one of the garden boundaries) in gardens where a flower bed can’t go in front of it? Have seen you use some great structural pieces like pergolas but not raised planting?

Hi Lee! I’ve watched you on Garden Rescue and so I was really pleased to find you’re here on KZbin too. New subscriber alert! I was wondering if you’ve considered making a video about your KZbin journey as you’re clearly very successful. I’ve recently started a gardening channel and would definitely watch such a video as I’m sure there’d be lots of good advice, and I’m sure others would find it interesting too.

Another brilliant design, each&every available space is used to its full effect, loving that central honeycomb structure, with that fire pit you can imagine having a gin or 2 of an evening 👌🏼

Excellent design as always. What about a U shape design? I have an extension out the back and it’s 5m down both sides and 8m at the rear (5 to 8 to 5). I’m very lucky I have French doors facing out all 3 directions. Your L shape design looks fantastic but I am not sure there is quite enough room for bedding, a lawn, and a pergola in the end section. I’m sure people would be interested on your views about privacy planting as unfortunately my neighbours to the south (just where you want to be able to see the sun!) are prone to jumping on trampoline in the dry months and generally be quite loud. Look forward to your future videos! 😊

Hi East Coast. U shaped can be quite tricky. I’ll see if I have any to explain. It’s more about choosing consistency so which ever of the three windows or doors you look out from the view, colour of materials connect to the other doors. If that makes sense! 🥷🌿🤘

Just found your channel, some great videos, do you have any on pruning a concha / ceonethus that has overgrown, is there anyway to save it as I have heard if you cut it back to hard it won't recover?

I love the design. The pergola with the open walls is a great feature.
