Gardenstown 2020

Whilst in Gardenstown this year, I decided to make a short video showing off the beautiful town and the surrounding areas.

Great vid. I stay near Edinburgh but half of my family are from Peterhead and I was born there 6 decades ago. My heart belongs to Buchan and when I travel north a visit to Gamrie is a must when we go to to Banff / Macduff. My family used to get a bit nervous as we drove along the narrow road to the beach car park! Thanks for posting.

We moved to Gardenstown from the Midlands a couple of years or so ago, a year after visiting the area for the first time, such was the impact this place had on us. Great video!

@@sadie9386 The only ruins in the area that spring to mind are at top of the cliff, at the far end of the beach; St John’s Kirk.
