I think I heard 8:55 is true and has a medical basis. Males have a sort of sequence of hormones that hit one after another, the last ones suppressing the others. One thing that can result is a sudden crash, especially if you have any feelings of shame about it. It's also why guys tend to fall asleep afterward: they're not tired of the girl, their system just crashed and they were already fatigued enough that the dip threw them over that edge.

I mean, if whatever they did to Cubone's Mom is any implication, just a stun baton, let alone a gun, is enough. It's just when these Pokemon have defenses on par with Steel to be bullet-proof, can move faster than the bullet, or even just faster than the human would be able to pull the trigger, guns get pretty moot. A Kabutops probably would not survive an AK, but then a Kabutops probably would be fast enough to move out of your aim and cut your arm off or cut the gun to pieces, and then cut your arm off.
