Riot hates mages. They’re almost never allowed to be good and when they are it’s only to allow them to bully the only class they hate more, ADC, in the bot lane. The damage has to count as basic damage to proc wildarrows. So an ability has to count as a basic attack (aka applies on-hit) and have the ability to crit.

not exactly, without him, his team had no peel. The best they could hope for was some poke damage or a once-only assassination. Based on conversations about the guy, it's likely that the player who took top as a "favor" to him, since he got counter-picked, did not play top often. When you look at the damage of the opponents, it is roughly double his team's for these reasons and one even had similar to his own.

You forgot to use the most powerfull Garen tool. Ctrl+1 spam to twerk after a kill. It deal GIGA damage to mental health and enemy usuall tilt in chat or mental boom after couple outplay button presses.
