@@canyoucricket did you grow and become a better player in such a short time ? Want to know if it’s worth the investment if you can call it that

Yes 💯 the coaching you get is high quality. The aspect that was most helpful to me was the emphasis on the mental side of the game. So good!

Great video Gareth. It was so good to have you on the tour and get to know you and now have this amazing documentation of it. Thank you!

This is a brilliant video mate, and I’m sure it’s going to help a ton for you going forward. I think this really puts into perspective how hard pros work on their game, and how much goes into creating the best batters and bowlers the world has ever seen. There is no way we can just blow in on a Saturday with a practice once fortnight or month, and play as well as the products of such training regimes as this one. Wonderful insight and I may be a little jealous. Look forward to your next match Gareth!

So true! Would be really interesting to see how your performance would improve if you consistently trained like this 💪

This coach is good! This cricket mentoring should also go into different countries as well during parts of the year so a budding cricketer can get adjusted to different conditions.

13:20 This makes Mahela Jayawardena an even better prospect. Man was arguably the greatest batsman to play behind the wickets, personally. Such incredible precision with timing and placement, alongside getting all the macro perfected. Great video, Gareth. Fabulous insights! Hope you had a good time here 🇮🇳

It's that little bit at 6 mins in that would have been valuable as a kid in the 90s and 00s that I wish I had more of. Hand, hip, and arm movement. General weight distribution. Kids have so much visual aid know and coaching is so much better nowadays. Edit - likewise 10 minutes in!
