This was actually INCREDIBLY useful. I'm a t6 living in a small town, and none of the PT's near here have any clue what to suggest I do as far as a comprehensive workout. This gave me some *great* ideas- thank you!!

hello Garett, i am also spinal cord injury able to walk with kfo on walker, but i am unable to stand .i have movements at legs any advice brother?

Those Atlas pushups over the bench: Could you do those on your own, without the PT to hold you back? Or would you slide off? Also, I liked those one-arm explosions off the bench in the same position. Nice exercise.

Thomas- You can position yourself on the beach relatively easy if your core is strong. It will take you a few attempts to learn where to position your knees on the beach. Definitely doable...

the exercise where you are sitting against a wall and moving your arms back and forth, What muscles are you working? 2

Angel Irvin, what you are trying to accomplish is increase the range of motion in the shoulders and your scapula (muscles around shoulder blades). This will help prevent injury to the shoulders in the long run and help you with your posture. Give it a shot, it's more difficult than it appears.
