This nextbot has three phases to it, the first is it's stalking phase, and the other two are chasing you, or going to hide from the player, it's kinda like flipping a coin, a 50/50 chance that it will chase you or go hide again (which is why it runs from the player)

The story I have come up with is that you are an explorer who came upon an abandoned military base. As you explore deeper, you realize that something doesn't feel right about this place. You learn from bits of evidence that the base was seemingly attacked which wiped everyone out. That's when 2 monsters begin to notice your presence. The stalk you at first, like predators watching their prey. Then, after deciding, they chase you down. Their shrieks echo throughout the base. They chase you all the way to the darkest depths of the base. In there, spirits of the past haunt the place. You fall in and they begin to speak to you. Their words eventually drive you crazy and with what's left of your sanity, you know you have to escape. You attempt to run up the stairs but they are blocked by the monsters, watching you the whole time. You go up another way and they chase you yet again. You run as fast as possible but the monsters keep getting closer and closer, their garbled voices getting slowly louder. You sprint into an elevator but you know you aren't fully out yet. In a panic, you frantically search for an exit. Are you hearing the monsters voices again or is it all in your head? You eventually stumble upon a door which leads to the outside. The monsters stop giving chase, and you breathe in the fresh air.

This actually felt like a horror film, with all the escapes that Rogurt made by the skin of his teeth, the plot of him going deeper in, only to find out that something's seriously wrong and he needs to get out NOW. I mean, at the end, the Gargitrons close in and seemingly become way more aggressive in my opinion, where previously chases were spread out, now they had very little time in between them.

I was playing with this next Bot on a backrooms map, and I swear every split second I could see him in the corner of my eye. I tell my friend; he thinks I'm messing with him. Until the next Bot goes around a corner and rushes into my friend. I couldn't tell him before he got killed by the next Bot, because he was spawning melons, in the spawn menu. After that happened, he rushed back to hiding, it was my turn.

This video was fantastic. This map works so well for this Nextbot it’s eerie, and the fact that you were actually able to escape was amazing. Having multiple Gargitrons was quite effective, because if one got stuck on terrain, there would be another to support it and chase you down. There was never a dull moment where the Gargitron was stuck, because another would appear to attack. If I were to improve this experience further, I would lock the elevator and then add some generators around the map that must be activated in order to tenable it. Each activation would spawn a new Gargitron (obviously) one of those generators would be in the haunted prison area), and then some sort of ending could be triggered at the car at the top. Once you take the elevator, I’m pretty sure you’re golden, so making the elevator hard to get to and amping up the danger each time would be perfect.

well, im a little late on this but... can you try out the Terminus nextbot? its a modified version of Gargitron oversimplified explanation on the differences: -when hiding it has a chance of setting up an ambush -when chasing, it has a chance to toy with you -if you escape 3 times it will become enraged the next time it chases you
