Do you have to leave it on the counter or u can keep it covered in the oven?

Hi Afia, I left it on the counter to air dry. If you have the sun where you are you can leave it in the sun to dry. Otherwise you can pop it i the oven on fan or the lowest heat to dry it. I hope this helps. Thanks for watching 🙏🏾

Most cultures of the world ferment some foods naturally as part of their heritage, my mom did but unfortunately I saw that as nothing I would ever do, big mistake. I still have a concern about doing something wrong during the fermenting process of the casava, what are some non-nos to avoid? Thank you in advance

Glory, thanks so much and to answer your questions, the two things unusual ferment is corn dough and cassava dough as in this recipe. For both I ferment for up to a week depending on the weather. If it’s warm I ferment for 7 days if it’s cold for longer. I will post a video on how I ferment both soon. 🙏🏾
