Components :
For each person we need 3-4 Shrimp
•We have thawed the shrimp ( from ½ to 1 kg ) Frozen or Fresh
Shrimp ( Length 5 - 15 cm ) There are 3 ways: To clean your shrimp. Watch the video in detail and clean them like me. Choose one of three ways. If you choose the third way you should do the following :
Broth - Shrimp :
In a saucepan add 2 ½ to 3 glasses of water. Add the heads and
shrimp shells - salt and pepper .
Close the lid of the pot. Once our mixture is boiling, simmer for 15
minutes. Go through a filter and the broth is ready. ( If you use shrimp broth. Pay attention to the balance with salt.Don't make your food salty.
•No 6 spaghetti (500 g)
•1 large onion, finely chopped
•3/4 cup extra virgin olive oil 100-120 gr
•1 teaspoon salt
•1/8 teaspoon black pepper
•a large tablespoon - tomato paste
•a little parsley •Hot water as long as it takes
Serve optional: With grated parmesan and freshly ground black pepper
