He will be found eventually. It reminds me of this old case of Rodolfo Gallegos, who was from the Blythe Street gang from Panorama City, California and he was a youngster at the time, killed 2 people in the early 90s before fleeing to Mexico. He was found years back, and he was a Professor at the Universidad de Guanajuato in Mexico. He must of been using a different name to have managed to stay hidden for so long. He has since been extradited and is currently locked up. Edit: He killed one and injured 2, still doesn't make it any better. Also added his name and the University he was teaching at.
