Today I will be showing you guys how to make an easy garlic and herb crusted lamb chops Recipe. You guys know I love pork chops in the oven so today I decided to try something new Lamb chops on a stove top be sure to watch the entire video if you want to learn how to make lamb chops you can even make these in the oven quick and easy. Ingredients
0.72 oz. lamb chops
1 tsp Creole seasoning
1/2 tap ground black pepper
1 tsp onion powder
Salt to taste
2 thyme sprigs
1 Rosemary sprigs
1 tbsps. olive oil
2 tbsps. unsalted butter
3 garlic cloves

I'm trying tonight! It my first time and I was gonna bake, but I love this skillet recipe. I only have chopped garlic in a jar and garlic powder. So maybe I'll try adding the powder to my seasoned olive oil mix and the chopped garlic in the pan with butter. Hope it doesn't burn. Thank You!!!

I love lamb chops and I usually make it with a red wine orange juice and garlic/ Rosemary marinade. But it just seemed a little heavy right now so I looked for a recipe and found yours. Great rub! Going to try this today with a slight variation during the cooking process. Feel free to try this variation with your steaks too. I use a stainless steel pan. Set the flames on highest settings and just let the pan turn super hot! Then, without the butter add the chops. 1 minute per side. Once both sides of all the chops had a chance to meet the pan-face (lol pan face), then add the butter and the garlic for basting. Lower the heat to medium low and baste till preferred doneness!

Best lamb chops!! Just made them with vegetable fried rice and broccoli!! So good!! I ended up cooking for 2 minutes each side on medium and broiling them on low for 3 mins on each side! Perfect combination!!!
