If you are looking for an easy, tasty, fragrant second seafood dish that everyone will like, I suggest you make this delicious recipe with me: fish with garlic and lemon butter. In fact, very few ingredients are enough to have a dish with a delicate flavor that makes you remember. As always I tell you then, when you have few ingredients on the list, you should always choose them of excellent quality. In this case I used perch fillets, good butter, lemons from my garden, if you don't have this possibility, choose them organic, and little, very little else! The extra touch that I wanted to give to this second course of fish is the addition of chilli pepper, but if you want to eliminate it, for example if you want to feed it to children or people who cannot tolerate it, you can also safely avoid adding it.
During cooking, thanks to the flour breading of the fillets, a crunchy crust is created which is very delicious! With a few simple steps and in no time you will bring to the table an inviting dish that I am sure will impress everyone.
► Ingredients to prepare fish with garlic and lemon butter:
Perch fillets 800 g
Butter 30 g
Flour 00 to taste
Garlic powder to taste
EVO oil 1 teaspoon
Salt to taste
Black pepper to taste
For the sauce
Butter 60 g
Garlic 1 clove
Lemons 1
Cornstarch 1 tsp
Chilli flakes 1 pinch
Salt to taste
To serve
Parsley 1 sprig
