These recipes are so bad. Eat this regularly and you'll develop diseases because of cholesterol and such. The amount of oil she uses, the amount of butter, cheese, all in everything. This one potato is equivalent of your entire day's normal food. Best way to get even more obese.

Hello from the US! When I read a recipe and it calls for two cloves of garlic, I typically use at least 6 cloves 😄

@@ShakeITyEA Most of the researchers have concluded that mustard oil is healthier compared to olive oil because of its ideal ratio of fatty acids. It has both omega-3 and 6 in sufficient quantity which makes it excellent for better heart health. In olive oil, this ideal proportion is missing besides being expensive.Mustard oil is rich in monounsaturated fatty acids, which could mean that it benefits cardiovascular health. It also contains a compound that may have anti-inflammatory properties. Along with mustard seeds if you add flax seeds and get the oil done its supper.

We here in Türkiye make this but without garlic and top it with a lot of toppings like corn,olives,cheese,mushroom, just whatever you like and sauces, and we call it kumpir,it's really delicious 😋

This dish is very similar to Kumpir (turkish), but without the garlic and more toppings. Maybe you can search it up. Very good!
