These recipes are so bad. Eat this regularly and you'll develop diseases because of cholesterol and such. The amount of oil she uses, the amount of butter, cheese, all in everything. This one potato is equivalent of your entire day's normal food. Best way to get even more obese.

It also contains a compound that may have anti-inflammatory properties. Along with mustard seeds if you add flax seeds and get the oil done its supper.
