Garlic chives cake is very popular in Cambodia. You can find it at every fresh market. We usually have it after steaming or fry it in order to have a crispy cake. And we will serve it with sweet and sour dipping sauce or chili sauce.
Ingredients:
1. Garlic chives cake's dough
1 cup [130g] Rice flour
1 cup [130g] Tapioca starch
1 cup [130g] Glutinous rice flour
1 tsp Sugar
1/2 tsp Salt
2 cup [500ml] Water
2. Filling
1lb [500g] Garlic chives
3 tsp Oyster sauce
4 cloves chopped garlics
1 tsp Sugar
3. Sweet and sour dipping sauce
1/4 tsp Salt (optional)
1 Tablespoon Fish sauce
1 Tablespoon Vinegar
2 Cloves Chopped garlics
2 Tablespoons Sugar
4 Tablespoons Water
