Roasted Sesame seeds
1. Mung bean fillings
2/3cup [150g] Mung beans (soak it in the water for 1 hour)
1/4tsp Salt
2Table spoons Sugar
2. Palm Sugar and Coconut Cream Sauce
500ml Water
400ml Coconut Milk
1/4tsp Salt
150g Palm Sugar
3. Glutinous Rice balls
2/3cup [110g] Glutinous rice flour (It's the correct amount)
90ml water
4. Tapioca pearl balls
1/2cup [100g] Tapioca pearls
2/3cup [110g] Glutinous rice flour (It's the correct amount)
