Galen, I absolutely love your videos and Ms Resa's. I also love to cook and grill, and when I do more than 2 slabs , I use a rib rack. Best thing ever!!!! I'm NOT trying to change your game, just saying, put the ribs in the rib rack, and you don't even have to worry. Rotate them maybe once! It's a Beautiful thing!!!
