2 things....DO NOT use apple cider vinegar. It can leave a funky taste on the ribs when you are done grilling. You can avoid having to do ANY SPRAYING by simply filling up a small aluminum catch pan with water and leaving it on the top grill directly next to the ribs. The condensation will leave it moist throughout the process.

It actually fit almost perfectly.... i have a nice wall right there to keep the heat away. $2.00 brick n sear divider 😂. Other than that I did exactly what you did in the video, water pan and all. Great video and I can't wait to try this myself. I do wish you covered more of how to maintain the charcoal and wood throughout the process for someone like me who doesn't have much experience cooking with charcoal.

It has been a while since I made ribs on the Weber, so your video was perfect! I am anxious to get started tomorrow and cook ribs for the 4th! Previously I used country style and boiled in pineapple juice, then grilled with BBQ sauce. They are good, but cooked on the grill is so much better! Thanks for your concise and easy to follow directions!
