This stuff is amazing. I always eat toumuch when I make it. Now I want a chicken Shawarma. I find it tastes better the next day when the bite of the garlic dies down a little bit. Great vid.

Thanks Neo. It is amazingly good. I normally leave it in the fridge, covered by kitchen roll overnight before placing the lid on. It definitely calms down a bit and becomes more rounded. Delicious 🤤

Hi Roselena, I'm still here 😁😁 Had a busy year with landscaping the new house, moving to a new factory and a couple of spells in hospital with my back and a hernia 😀😀 But I'm all good. I will start to add more content after April when the work at the house is complete, I'm looking forward to getting back into it. Thanks for asking about me 😀
