Garlic Scape Compound Butter for Topping Steaks

In this video I show you how to make garlic scape compound butter to top your steaks. It's super easy.
3 oz. Garlic Scapes (pureed in a food processor)
2 sticks Unsalted butter
2 tsp lemon juice
2 TBSP chopped chives
1tsp salt
Mix and chill (Freezer if you want to keep it for a while)

this is amazing Dave...I gotta try looking for garlic scapes now at my local farmers market... Also brilliant tip on freezing the compound butter and taking them out when you need them. usually the last bit of compound butter, I'll forget about it in the fridge but now I won't have to.
