Garmin eTrex 22x 32x - How To Navigate Using Where To?

Hi man, i have a doubt about the navigation with the etrex: when i download a gpx file on my garmin once i start the navigation it doesn't provide turn by turn navigation it just shows the track on the map. How can i have turn by turn navigation? Maybe i have to use basecamp to convert the track into route but still not great for long distances riding.. Do you know how to solve this issue?

Hi there. I have a question for you. Why my etrex22 doesn't let me put an address? It asks you first for the estate but can't find none. Is it because I don't have the city navigator in it (only the top 100)? Also, I regret not buying the Oregon700 with a bigger screen for driving also - do you use the Etrex for driving? If so, do you like it? Thank you.

i've never ran into that problem, but certainly a problem with the maps. Have you tried updating it via garmin express? That might fix it. I don't use the device for driving (way to small) but I find it ok when biking.

@@AvoidingChores Thanks Jim. Garmin said that unless you have the city navigator maps into it, it will let you put a specific address.

Im having this same issue. When I go to type in an address, it asks for province or state but when I type in Pennsylvania no results found. Ugh!

Kupiłem to dziadostwo. Szkoda pieniędzy. Każdy jeden współczesny telefon komórkowy jest od tego 100x lepszy. Po co w dzisiejszych czasach produkować coś takiego. Czas w jakim poruszasz się po mapie to jakaś tragedia. Nie kupujcie tego!
